Footing a jeun du dimanche Matin avec Céline, Fyfy et Brigitte (à vélo) dans la forêt (la queue en brie) 2h pour 20.8km, FC Moyenne 122 Bpm (la grande forme) ! 

Ensuite repas gourmand, que du bonheur !
